10-Person Workstations

A standard ten-person double-sided back-to-back workstation with 1500mm wide desks typically requires a footprint of approximately 7500mm in length and 1500mm in depth for the desk surfaces alone. To this you must add a minimum of 1000mm of clear egress behind each row of users, bringing the total floor area requirement to approximately 7500mm x 3500mm. We recommend sharing your room dimensions with our team before ordering to confirm the layout will work within your specific space.

Privacy screens are available as an optional addition on most configurations in our range, with both screen and no-screen variants available for each model. Screen heights and materials vary by product. If acoustic separation is a priority for your team, we recommend specifying screens at the time of order rather than retrofitting them later, as post-installation screens rarely integrate as cleanly with the frame as those included in the original configuration.

Our ten-person workstation systems feature an integrated central cable spine that runs the full length of the shared frame, housing power and data cabling away from the desktop surface and providing access points at each workstation position. This keeps the workspace tidy and ensures each user has reliable access to power without surface-mounted cable runs. For fitouts that require a specific number of power points or data ports per position, we recommend discussing your requirements with our team during the specification process.

Due to the size, weight, and complexity of a ten-person workstation system, professional installation is strongly recommended. A large double-sided frame must be correctly levelled and aligned before desktop and screen components are attached, and cable management needs to be routed before the system is fully assembled. Attempting self-installation on a system of this scale carries a real risk of misalignment, which is difficult and time-consuming to correct once the unit is fully built. The ten-person workstation configurations in our range are available in desktop widths of 1500mm and 1875mm per position, depending on the model. A 1500mm desktop suits most standard office computing setups comfortably. A 1875mm desktop provides additional surface area for users who work with multiple monitors, large-format documents, or require more physical workspace. The right choice depends on your team's specific tasks and the total floor area available for the layout.
