How to Lodge a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please email our service team with the following details:
We will review your claim and respond within 2 working days
We may request additional information if required
We will liaise with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate outcome
Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the issue and warranty terms, we will arrange one of the following:
Repair of the product
Replacement of the product or components
Alternative solution as advised by the manufacturer
Important Information
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer
Sit Back & Relax acts as an agent on behalf of manufacturers
Customers may be required to return items for assessment
Assistance with freight can be arranged where required
Timeframes
Initial response: within 2 working days
Most claims: resolved within 30 days (subject to parts availability)
Some claims may take longer if parts are sourced internationally. For selected premium brands such as Herman Miller, repair timeframes can be up to 12 weeks depending on parts availability
