Yes, Sit Back & Relax offers fast delivery across Australia through our network of warehouses. You can also arrange pick-up from selected warehouse locations.

  • Not all chairs are stocked in every warehouse.
  • Some models are not suitable for long-distance courier travel

 Yes, pick-up is available from selected warehouse locations. Because not every product is stocked at every site, please contact us first to confirm availability and arrange your collection.

Most of our ergonomic chairs are made to order, but production is quick—usually 5–7 business days. Once your chair is ready, we’ll send you an email with collection details.

  • In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 48 hours (via Australia Post for small items or courier for larger furniture).
  • Metro delivery times: 5–10 business days for QLD, VIC, and NSW. Up to 15 business days for Perth, Darwin, and TAS.
  • Regional/remote delivery: May take longer.

If your order includes made-to-order chairs or office furniture with a lead time of more than a week, we’ll contact you to confirm before shipping.

Our Trial a Chair program is available for businesses. Depending on your location, our sales team may also be able to bring a chair to you as part of our mobile showroom service. Please contact sales@sitbackandrelax.com.au for more details.
