Yes, pick-up is available from selected warehouse locations. Because not every product is stocked at every site, please contact us first to confirm availability and arrange your collection.
Most of our ergonomic chairs are made to order, but production is quick—usually 5–7 business days. Once your chair is ready, we’ll send you an email with collection details.
- In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 48 hours (via Australia Post for small items or courier for larger furniture).
- Metro delivery times: 5–10 business days for QLD, VIC, and NSW. Up to 15 business days for Perth, Darwin, and TAS.
- Regional/remote delivery: May take longer.
If your order includes made-to-order chairs or office furniture with a lead time of more than a week, we’ll contact you to confirm before shipping.
