SITFIT: THE SCIENCE
A 2012 study conducted amongst 75 businesses found that when an organisation embarked on a “one size fits all approach” to their office seating needs up to 32% of the workers found the chair seat sizes to be to small or to large both in seat length and width. This lead over the months following the installation of the chairs to increasing regularity of backpain, sciatica, neck pain and absenteeism.
In comparison when the Sitfit range was installed taking into account the varying seat sizes and differing employees needs - the proportion of staff who found the seat sizes imperfect reduced to less than 1% and workplace wellness improved markedly.

What if my chair is not the right size when I receive it?
In the unlikely occurrence that the seat is the incorrect size you can exchange the chair for a different size or return the chair for a complete refund. (Offer valid for 14 days from purchase)

Do you offer an invoicing option for companies?
Yes – any ABN registered company can request an invoice for payment
Do you ship all over Australia?
Yes. We utilise a number of carriers Australia wide including Direct Freight, TNT and Australia Post and have 7 warehouse and distribution centres nationwide.
What is your return policy?
We want your SitFit chair to fit – so you can exchange or return your chair up to 14 days from receiving it – it's that simple. * Limited to single chair purchases and returns
What is AFRDI – Level 6?
AFRDI stands for Australian Furniture Research & Development Institute who provide standards, testing and product certification for furniture items and manufacturers in Australia. Level 6 is tested to 135kg user weight under commercial use.

What does the 10 year warranty cover?
The warranty covers all working parts and construction. Fabric features a 5 year warranty.
What is the maximum weight loading for the SitFit range?
The SitFit range is weight tested and certified to 135kgs
